John Peterson - Principal
John is focused on all aspects of new media 'design and mechanics' with a special interest in creative strategy and emotional branding.
He understands that a truly meaningful interactive presentation must bring together the latest technologies with the age-old art of story telling and discovery. While consulting for for small start-ups to established international enterprises, John is excited in the role of helping design and technology achieve business results.
John started his multimedia career as an Associate Editor with Lycos.com, after both editorial and production assignments at both CNN and WGBH Boston. He was most recently Director of New Media at at the University of Rhode Island where he was a key player in the first branding of the university. He founded ImmersionStudio in 1999.
